More Teachers
More teachers means more attention for each child
Our goal is to reach every student. That means giving teachers the time to provide children with more individual attention.
For the 2008-09 school year, the government has provided school boards with funding for almost 8,000 additional elementary school teachers. This includes over 2,600 specialist teachers to help our students master the skills they need to reach their full potential.
