Evaluate a Speak Up project

Attention SpeakUp Project Teams!

We are excited to learn about your SpeakUp Project.

Please ensure that you have completed all tasks on the following checklist:

  1. Submit a completed SpeakUp Project Report (PDF, 911 KB) and email it to SpeakUpProjects@ontario.ca

Note: To complete the report you must use Adobe Reader 9.0 which is available as a free version.

  1. Ensure your Principal keeps all project-related receipts and verifies your project report with their signature.
  2. Ensure your boards' Student Success Leader is provided with a copy.
  3. Complete the student project experience survey

If there was more than one SpeakUp Project at your school, each project team needs to do a separate report and include the designated Project ID number.

Your feedback is important to us! Results from these reports are anonymous and will be combined and shared with educators, staff at other schools and school boards and with you!
