What are some examples of lifetime achievement?

There are many ways to be an outstanding educator, and as many reasons to nominate someone for the lifetime achievement award. Maybe they help students develop their cultural identity, support their cultural development or encourage them to take pride in their heritage.

Or do you know someone who helps students connect to the world of work while they're still in school? Perhaps they partner with the community to find opportunities that expand students' experiences into the world outside the school.

"His teaching style encourages his students to challenge themselves, to maximize their 'scientific literacy' as they learn to focus on life around them, whether on a biology field trip, in the classroom, or in their daily lives."
